Our office is staffed Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  However, our phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, where you may leave a message and we will promptly return your call.  You may also email us at HouseCleaning@MaxiMaid.com and provide information how we may contact you.  Or you may submit the form on the right side of this page for a quick response.  Please remember to include your name, city, zip code, telephone and e-mail address or the quote request will not be sent to us.  The more information you provide, the more accurate your quote.

Our come and go staff is available to clean your home during the day, Monday thru Friday.  Evenings and Saturdays may be subject to an additional charge.  We can also provide a  live-in Maid for 5 or 6 days each week. MAXI MAIDS cleans your home daily, weekly or every other week.  MAXI MAIDS also cleans one-time, monthly, move-in or move-out cleanings.

Often a new customer will call and request a Friday or Saturday.  We can't always guarantee that we will have availability late in the week in the area where you live.  Often we will start a customer on a day other than their preferred day, put them on a short waiting list and work hard to get them to their preferred day.

Cleaning companies that always have availability late in the week, just don't have much business or they will provide a cleaner that is hired just for that day to clean your home.  We do not use either temporary or part-time help.   If a cleaning company has late week openings and is not flooded with business, we have to question the quality of their work product and their reputation.

We always request that you give us as much lead time as possible to get you on our schedule and suggest flexibility in your schedule requirements.
